As our Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a mission-critical role, owning the delivery lifecycle of high-stakes client projects while leading a cross-functional team of engineers, lead architect, and analysts. You will drive execution with precision, build operational muscle, and ensure our product excellence reaches the client’s front line — every single time.
You will bring:
- 10–12 years of end-to-end technical delivery experience across integration-led, enterprise-grade software services, preferably in high-growth or client-facing consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to own the technical design, delivery orchestration, and client alignment across multiple mid-to-large-scale integration projects, especially in Retail, CPG, or SaaS product environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with leading iPaaS platforms, including Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, TIBCO, or similar, with a strong ability to architect and troubleshoot real-time and batch integrations across APIs, on-prem, and cloud applications. Experience with Informatica is good to have.
- Strong working knowledge of API frameworks (REST, SOAP), OAuth, JSON/XML, and data transformation patterns, with the ability to guide teams on integration design, security, error handling, and logging frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services for deployment, observability, and scaling integrations.
- Scripting and automation capabilities using Python, JavaScript, or platform-native tooling to enhance delivery velocity and reduce manual effort.
- Proven success in managing agile cross-functional technical teams (3-6 people), including developers, integration specialists, across India and the US time zones.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices as they relate to delivery quality and integration environments.
- A strong delivery mindset — balancing speed, reliability, and scalability, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalents to manage sprints, blockers, and throughput.
- A confident, collaborative leadership style, able to triage client needs, prioritize technical tradeoffs, and coach teams toward predictable and high-quality delivery.
What your first 3 months will look like:
- Own and orchestrate the delivery of 2–3 key client accounts, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
- Build delivery rhythm by streamlining ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and stakeholder syncs.
- Closely coordinate with the Engineering Lead and Product Manager to pre-empt bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
Where will you be at 6 months?
- You will have established consistent and predictable delivery pipelines with >90% sprint accuracy.
- Clients will see you as the face of trust, consistently delivering value and anticipating their next task.
- You will mentor junior PMs or delivery leads, helping them grow into execution-focused owners.
- You will co-own quarterly planning and forecasting with the leadership team.
