      IT Integration Manager

      Job Description

      You will be hands-on, technical subject matter expert that will work closely with the sales team, customers and system integration/partners to identify business needs and propose effective solutions. You assume overall technical leadership and responsibility for designing solutions that leverage internal capabilities across the organization’s portfolio. You shall provide leadership of technical activities during the sales cycle, set a vision for customers, lead requirements gathering and analysis, design solutions, facilitate demos and presentations and work as an integral part of the delivery team. It will be a customer facing role and should be able to work effectively in a collaborative role.


      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Become a trusted advisor to customers through proactive engagement and thought leadership.
      • Setting the technical strategy for both pre-sales opportunities and post-sales delivery
      • Leading requirements gathering, analysis and solution proposals
      • Preparing and presenting client-facing presentations; organize Demos & POC
      • Create overall architecture blueprints, reference architectures and roadmap for integrations, automations and analytics.
      • Preparing sales presentations with solution offerings, design, case studies
      • Collaborate with internal practice heads and leaders to devise client solutions for market segments
      • Determine technical risk and issues and suggest mitigation options.
      • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies
      • Lead and develop technical solution design using industry standard for innovative integration and analytical solutions.
      • Will be responsible for pre-sales work around road-mapping, implementation plan, staffing, costing and financials.
      • Developing ROI and economic models to justify investments in the proposed solution stacks
      • Translate business ideas into appropriate technical models/solutions. Also provide technical expertise in the design and planning of wall-to-wall solutions
      • Assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for availability, backup, capacity, performance, redundancy, reliability, scalability, governance and supportability within the realm of both on-prem and Cloud architectures.

      Requirements

      • 6-8 years of experience with minimum 4 years of experience leading technical integration teams and at least 1 year of experience in project management
      • Cross industry implementations such as in Healthcare, Media, Retail, Financial Services as it pertains to data integration and analytical solutions
      • Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting technical solutions to meet complex business requirements
      • Solid communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively to personnel with varying degrees of technical aptitude
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and meet deadlines
      • Excellent documentation skills to document integrations and processes as they’re being built
      • Experience designing, developing, and deploying public and private APIs using SOAP and REST
      • Solid understanding of databases, schema design, and ER diagramming
      • Proficient in modern SaaS DevOps and CI/CD tools and operating environments such as Maven, Jenkins, Github, etc
      • Working knowledge of Amazon AWS, Azure and/or GCP
      • Familiar with agile methodologies for enterprise SDLC across security, development, deployment, maintenance, operations, monitoring, etc
      • Understanding of accounting controls, information security, and experience working with sensitive data
      • Experience with SaaS and iPaaS environments
      • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint, SAP Netweaver, Dell Boomi, WebMethods and Salesforce Cloud integrations is a huge plus
      • Experience with NetSuite ERP, Magento and Salesforce CRM is a huge plus

      The Candidate is expected to have the following skills / experience:

      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders onshore and offshore
      • Involved as pre-sales or Solution architect role with experience in Technical solutioning process

        As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Twenty20’s professional services offerings from our technology practice areas (Enterprise Integration and Business Automation) to both existing customers and prospects. This is a quota carrying role focused on understanding our customers’ business challenges and positioning Twenty20’s solutions that drive value, adoption, and support customers’ successful transition/expansion of the technology platforms. You will be working closely with Practice Leads that will support you in creating and proposing innovative solutions to our customers through the sales cycle.


        Requirements

        • Analyze the assigned territory, assess market potential and develop a sales strategy to generate a strong pipeline to meet/exceed your quarterly sales targets
        • Develop and execute successful Sales campaigns for prospects along with assigned SDRs
