      Job Description

      Our fast-growing company is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager. In this role, you will be hands-on, technical subject matter expert that will work closely with the sales team, clients and System integration / Business partners to identify client needs and propose effective solutions. You assume overall technical leadership and responsibility for designing solutions that leverage the capabilities across the organization’s portfolio.


      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Setting the technical strategy for sales opportunities and lead the requirements gathering and analysis
      • Develop technical solution using standard design methodology
      • Create, update, and maintain project plans, weekly status reports and management reports
      • Preparing and presenting client-facing presentations; organize Demos & POC
      • Working as an integral part of the sales and delivery team and prepare sales presentations with solution offerings, design, case studies
      • Assist in developing business requirements for IT projects related to integration efforts
      • Determine technical risks and issues and suggest mitigation options.
      • Will be responsible for pre-sales work around road-mapping, implementation plan, staffing, costing & financials
      • Translate business ideas into appropriate technical models/solutions. Also provide technical expertise in the design and planning of full-blown solutions
      • Should assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for Availability, Backup, Capacity, Performance, Redundancy, Reliability, Scalability, Supportability, Risks and Costs models

      Requirements

      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and meet deadlines
      • Participate and actively contribute to operational integration discussions
      • Provide project management capabilities for more complex integrations and ability to complete time sensitive projects is critical
      • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in demanding situations
      • Cross industry implementations such as in Healthcare, Media, Retail, Financial Services as it pertains to data integration and analytical solutions
      • Solid communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively to personnel with varying degrees of technical aptitude
      • Experience designing, developing, and deploying public and private APIs using   SOAP and REST
      • Solid understanding of databases, schema design, and ER diagramming
      • Proficient in modern SaaS DevOps and CI/CD tools and operating environments such as Maven, Jenkins, Github, etc
      • Working knowledge of Amazon AWS, Azure and/or GCP
      • Familiar with agile methodologies for enterprise SDLC across security, development, deployment, maintenance, operations, monitoring, etc
      • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint and Salesforce Cloud integrations and NetSuite ERP, Magento and Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.
      • 8-12 years of experience with minimum 4 years of experience leading technical   integration teams and at least 1 year of experience in project management

        We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can do Sales to (US – Focused more on North America Region) who is highly motivated, energetic, and coachable to work in a fast-growing startup. This role is extremely critical to achieve continued growth and account penetration for the company.

        Mission: Find, nurture, and win solution-based deals in the company’s area of core competencies to achieve personal sales quotas and help achieve the company’s revenue goals.

        • Execute on a target list from Twenty20 with past customers or contacts and convert them into new qualified leads.

                      Position Description

                      Roles & Responsibilities

                      • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of data integration and analytics solutions by applying your programming, analytical and problem solving skills.
                      • You will be building data integration flows, recipes, automation bots, dashboards/visualizations for technical implementation projects
                      • You will design and develop APIs using various integration tools (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Denodo)
                      • You will be involved in Salesforce Cloud Implementations (Services, Sales, Commerce, Marketing, Health)
                      • You will develop various mappings from source to target systems (databases, flat files, JSON, XML, GraphQL) in different transport mechanisms (REST, SOAP, HTTP, FTP, SQL etc.)
                      • You will be involved in creating of testing framework and provide defect analysis and resolution for user acceptance testing.
                      • You will be responsible for creation of ETL or ELT type scripts for data ingestion and data movement

                      Requirements

                      • Experienced Senior Software Engineer in various data integration tools/technologies – being part of major implementation projects.
                      • Eager to learn and ramp up quickly in new technologies
                      • Willing to go above and beyond from a solutions perspective by thinking outside the box
                      • Be Creative and Articulate in communications
                      • Experience working in cross-functional development environments.
                      • Strong Knowledge of Data and SQL
                      • Strong Interest in AI/ML and Deep Learning algorithms
                      • Certifications are a big plus

                              Job Description

                              We are looking for a highly energetic IT Project Coordinator to administer, organize and coordinate the various project activities. You should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. The position is a Contract to Hire role.


                              Roles and Responsibilities

                              • Coordinate project management activities, resources and information
                              • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframe
                              • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
                              • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
                              • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
                              • Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities
                              • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
                              • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
                              • Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
                              • Use tools to monitor time sheets, plans and expenditures

                              Qualifications, Skills and Experience

                              • 1 -3 years of experience with proven track record as a Project Coordinator or a similar role
                              • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
                              • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
                              • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
                              • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
                              • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
                              • Hands-on experience with project management tools
                              • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
